Matthew Lee

Tree Surgeon

Matthew carried out his work experience with Urban Arborist and after completing his NVQ level 3 in Arboriculture and Urban Forestry, he began full time employment with Urban Arborist as a trainee tree surgeon. He is now very polite and helpful tree surgeon and integral part of the team, he knows how to apply himself and is always picking up new skills.

Over the years Matthew has proved to be a reliable, skillful and diligent worker.

Elliot Wood

Tree Surgeon

Elliot joined us with an enthusiastic and focused attitude. He previously studied at Bishop Burton College and worked on an Estate maintaining the trees, shrubs and hedges. In early 2020 decided to branch out into more technical tree surgery focused work. 

During his time with us he has quickly climbed our ranks and done a number of specialist qualification with us. He has shown an indepth understanding of our operation, and a determined/hard-working nature. 

Alex Marsh

Trainee Tree Surgeon/Groundman

Alex is our newest addition and has proven to be a diciplined and dedicated worker. He is taking his gap year as an opportunity to spend some quality time working for our family business before going to university to study astrology.  

Throughout his time working at Urban Arborist Ltd, Alex has learnt the value of a hard days work and how to work effectively in a team.

Vena Marsh

Accounts Manager 

Our heart and soul. Mostly working behind the scenes since meeting Nick, Vena has brought Urban Arborist to the 21st century and has continued to assist her husband in the maintenance and expansion of the family business. 

Kira Marsh

Office Manager & Head of Customer Relations

Our personal customer care provider, Nicks oldest daughter Kira mans the phones, manages all enquiries/quotations and assists in arranging work. She works hard to provide a professional and personal touch by listening and meeting our customers needs.
