Stump Grinding

For most tree stump removal jobs we use specialists stump grinding equipment. Designed for removing stubborn and problematic tree stumps in a safe and efficient manner. Stumps are ground up and mixed in with the soil as a bio-gradable mulch using a belt or hydrophilic driven cutting wheel with tungsten carbide teeth. The teeth are replaced regularly to keep the machine running at peak performance. This process ensures there is no re-growth while also making re-planting and leveling out easier.

Poisoning Service

We also provide a poisoning service as a alternative to stump grinding. Using environmentally friendly eco-plugs that can be used at any time of year. They slowly release poison over the course of the following or current growing season to ensure the tree does not grow back. The type of poison is systemic herbicide and very specific to the target stump and safe to use if you have pets.
